Alicia was very accommodating and kind to us.

Going on my second year here as a senior with a disability. Cedar West has been very comfortable and am still very content. Manager Alicia Reynolds, keeps the units clean, informed, and orderly while maintenance keeps beautiful grounds, plus making repairs when needed or requested. I'm ready for another year, or at least two, for more peace and contentment.

Well i have to say I've had a well pleased move so far April up front has helped me so much and has been very polite and positive she explains things well and helps when she can. Im very excited for this new journey as well as my kids in our new home! Thank you!!!!

I wrote a review around this time last year, and am writing another one to say how pleased I am that things are just as good, if not better, than they were then, thanks to our manager, Suzy. She regularly keeps us informed about how the company is handling the covid situation, and while we haven't always been able to see her in the office, she always has the time to explain any concerns on the phone. And thankfully, she returns calls promptly. She's always helpful, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. We're blessed to have her after a long stretch of many managers in the 18 years my granddaughter and I have been here. Mike, our maintenance supervisor, is a steady, reliable worker, always pleasant, courteous, very capable, and willing to do the job quickly. He diagnoses problems accurately, and I believe he can fix anything. I trust him completely. The grounds are always well maintained and trash is picked up quickly, and any issues are taken care of. I don't know Eric very well but the few dealings I've had with him have been pleasant and friendly.

Suzy, Mike and Eric work Tirelessly to make this a better home. We had a real problem with dog feces and Susie seem to straighten some people out looks pretty good the grounds always look good she’s walking the property and looking at peoples decks which I really appreciate. They are kind and return emails promptly.

Hi there everyone. I have been a resident at Cedarwest for 6 months. I would like to take the time and say a huge thank you to our Property Manager Suzanne and her maintenance team for the outstanding job they do !! They all work very hard to make Cedarwest a nice place to live. When I first applied to live here, I believe Suzanne went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I could have a place to live. She is very nice, kind, friendly, and professional (as is the maintenance team). I just love my apartment. When I moved in they had already installed: a huge brand new air conditioner, new carpets, new blinds, etc ! After I moved in, my stove started giving me trouble, so in a very short time they bought me a brand new stove ! I cook and bake a lot, so this new stove has made me so very happy. Also, the counter tops had a lot of wear and tear on them from the previous tenant, so Suzanne and her maintenance guys replaced them too ! Whenever I have a question or concern, Suzanne and/or the maintenance guys are very quick to respond- usually the same day- WOW. The grounds are kept up nicely, thanks to the hard work of maintenance; whether they are spray washing the buildings, painting, or taking care of the flowers/bushes. I have heard that many of the garage doors will be replaced and/or refinished. Also, we have a basketball court, a playground for children, an exercise room, and computers (in the common area). Unfortunately, we can't use the computers or excerise room until the Corina Virus is over. I have also made some nice friends here at Cedarwest. In short, I consider it a blessing to be living here and with Suzanne and her crew guiding this big ship, I feel we are in good hands. Job Well Done !!!!

Excellent property maintenance, great mgr, clean ,modern ,affordable units in Bend most convenient location.

We have lived here for 17 years and the improvements that have been made are the best yet. The appearance of the grounds and exterior buildings has improved significantly. I have only good things to say about the staff here. The property manager is very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She takes the time to listen to tenants' concerns and issues, and goes out of her way to get them resolved. It took seven requests and nine months under a previous manager to have my front door light bulb changed, as it had to go through her before being passed on to Maintenance. Also, unlike previous managers, she does not act as though she is the tenants "boss". She is courteous and friendly. Also unlike previous managers, she returns phone calls, which is much appreciated. Maintenance is very good, and requests are carried out in a reasonable response time. The supervisor is very pleasant, experienced and thorough. He's quick to diagnose problems and find a solution.

Recent changes in management have greatly improved the quality of life for tenants. Professionalism and integrity have returned. Suzy has made great strides in cleaning up the messes left by the previous short term management and improving tenant morale. Her cheerful professionalism is a welcome and refreshing upgrade.

You follow the rules take care of door notices don't argue about it keep your area clean and reasonably quiet don't go around bothering tenants neighbors keep your peace be respectful helpful and polite don't break any rules and keep your inside of hime presentable and be a good tenant and it's really nice to live here. I'm on ten years and very happy where I'm at great twelve unit of neighbors we are a unite that's nit with people moving in and out just a little bit but nit bad were all helpful to eachother and it's peaceful where were at. I don't think I'd be comfortable anywhere else in bend so I hope to be able to stay cause I have nowhere else to go and no famiky. I love cedar west apt. Come. Been here 7 years and like the gentlemen who said it's all about following the rules. I do just that and I've had no problems but that my music was to loud and I was I'm the wrong So now I'm more careful. Its close to alo t of stores in walking distance and apartments nice inside all up to date and private back yard that we play in. I love in a 12 unit building and in the back far corner very chill and privet and couldn't ask for better neighbor's they all keep to themselves but one who I don't like cause he's always drunk wanting to play with the kids and I make sure he's never alone arou them anyway I don't think I could find a better place. And management is fine they are just doing their job. If they were leinyent then everyone would expect special treatment too. Cedar west is a great place to live.

I love it here, the only ones who seem to have issues are the Ppl who don't follow the rules. An I've heard stories bout our manager, bout how she is mean. I would disagree, in my opinion she is just being extremely professional. She does a good job, she is fair, an every complaint I have heard bout this place. It has been because they did something/some things they contractually signed saying they wouldn't. So I love it here. Great CLOSE shopping, an jus a few blocks from Pilot Butte, and they also have a gym for tenants in the office.
