Currently, a lease can be from 6 - 15 months. Each lease is based on current availability, and changes come as lease terms are chosen.
What is the apartments community's pet policy?
All pets must be at least 1 year of age. Maximum of 2 pets per household. Maximum weight of animal is 60 lbs.
Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, and Huskies, full blood or mixed at any percentage are PROHIBITED from residing at this community.
